We stand behind our brushless, paint‑safe process. If damage is caused by our wash, we’ll make it right within clearly defined terms below. This page explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to file a claim—so expectations are clear before you buy.

1) What the Guarantee Covers

We guarantee against wash‑induced surface marring (e.g., new scratches, scuffs, micro‑marring) that are directly caused by our wash process on OEM factory paint and clear coat and on professionally installed vinyl wraps and paint protection film (PPF) in good condition.

If our inspection confirms the issue was caused by our process, we will provide a remedy as described in Section 5.

2) What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

To be fair and transparent, the guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre‑existing damage or defects, including prior scratches, swirl marks, chips, oxidation, failing clear coat, edge‑lifted wrap seams, or yellowed/compromised PPF.

  • Non‑OEM/custom or sensitive surfaces not in sound condition: poorly prepped repaints, non‑professional wrap installs, aging or peeling vinyl, damaged film, perforated/printed wraps with weak topcoats, or specialty finishes that require maker‑specific care (e.g., delicate matte/satin systems not approved by installer for tunnel washing).

  • Environmental & road causes: rock strikes, sandblasting, road tar, sap, fallout, bird droppings, water spots, weather.

  • Interior wear & tear: existing stains, tears, broken trim, loose accessories.

  • Improper care between visits or automated systems not operated by Premier 7.

Wrap/PPF note: Quality, professionally installed vinyl/PPF in good condition is welcome in our brushless tunnel. Please tell us at check‑in if your vehicle is wrapped or filmed so we can perform an edge check and advise on best practices.

3) Eligibility & Timing

  • Coverage applies to services performed by Premier 7 Car Wash [Newport Beach] while your ticket/membership is active.

  • Claims must be reported before leaving the premises on the same day as service, so we can inspect the vehicle in the same lighting conditions.

  • You must present your same‑day receipt or have an active membership on file.

4) How to File a Claim (On‑Site)

  1. Notify a Manager on Duty before leaving.

  2. We’ll conduct a walk‑around inspection and take photos/video.

  3. We may clean the affected area to differentiate residue vs. damage.

  4. We’ll document findings and provide a written determination (usually same‑day, or within 2 business days if additional review is needed).

If you need to follow up later the same day, email social.premier7carwash@gmail.com or call (949) 631-0161 with your name, plate number, service time, and photos.

5) Remedies (If Approved)

If our process caused the issue, remedies may include one of the following, at our discretion based on severity:

  • Professional paint correction/polish of the affected area,

  • Third‑party repair arranged and paid by Premier 7,

  • Or a refund/credit up to the price of the service.

Remedies are limited to reasonable repair of the affected area. We do not cover diminished value, rental cars, or incidental/consequential damages.

6) Our Process (Why We’re Confident)

  • Brushless tunnel engineered for paint safety and compatible with quality vinyl/PPF.

  • Balanced chemistry to lift grime without abrasive contact; wrap/PPF‑friendly.

  • Controlled pressure & filtration to protect finishes and film edges.

  • Hand‑finished dry with premium sprays and microfiber.

7) Member Note

The guarantee applies to all qualifying services, including Full Service Membership and Annual Full Service Membership holders, while plans are active and in good standing.

8) Updates & Availability

Premier 7 may update these terms from time to time. Latest version is always posted at premier7carwash.com/guarantee.
