We want every guest to leave happy. If something isn't right, tell our team before you leave so we can make it right on the spot.

Services

If you're not satisfied with a wash, let us know at the location and we'll re-wash the vehicle. Refund requests for prepaid services that haven't been used can be made by calling us.

Memberships

Website membership purchases are one-time charges. Contact us to ask about a refund for a membership period you haven't used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
